The tears flow from his eyes like falling stars in blackest night
And the star that once warmed his smile now shreds his countenance like ice
Now waiting for the dooms-day he dared to create
He’s breaking sticks and stones in alleyways praying that it’s not too late

All my ancient twisted karma, from rotting greed hate and fear
I leave to fall behind me like some stupid trail of tears
I have mistaken since the dawn but I’ll not be daunted yet
For body speech and mind have far greater use than regret

Indeed the stoutness of her smile belied the twinkling in her shanks

I will not guillotine my lust for life before some sacred cow
re-affirm, re-create, re-learn, re-boot, religiously
Slice the black roses off their stems so I can breathe without impede
